| During this step, our hiring managers seek resumes from multiple sources including college campuses, internet job boards, Associate referrals and from those who walk into our restaurants and apply in person. |

| The first interview is used to give you an opportunity to explain your talents in person. At this meeting you will also be given the chance to ask questions about our programs. |

| If you are thought to be a good fit for our opportunities, many times we will have you interview with others within the company. This ensures that you get to see all the many types of people we have. |

| Our Manager Job Preview is one of our best hiring tools. During this part of the process, you get to have hands on experience in one of our restaurants. This is a great chance for you to see exactly what we pride ourselves in and determine if this is the career for you. |

| If a fit seems to exist between your skills and our opportunities, you will be given an offer to join our team. At that point, specifics around location, pay rates and benefits will be disclosed to you. |

| If you choose to accept the offer, a background check will be done. This check includes a confirmation of your past employment, a verification of your driving privileges and certification that you have no criminal record. |
